These Terms of Service are designed to help you clearly understand the services you are purchasing. They outline our guarantees, exclusions, cancellation policies, and potential issues we aim to prevent whenever possible.
With your cooperation, these challenges can be avoided — ensuring a smooth and successful cleaning experience in your home.
We ask that you take time before our arrival to prepare the house for your scheduled service. Your price for cleaning is based on the cleaning technicians focusing all of their time and energy on cleaning, not routine housekeeping. This will allow our team easy access to area/surfaces to be cleaned.
Our team of cleaners bring the tools and products needed to thoroughly clean your home but We also are able to use your cleaning products if needed. We also provide a cheaper quote when you can provide some basic supplies. We also are not able to clean in homes that have any fumes from paint, varnish, sealants, solvents, etc. from recent work to your home.
Our normal work days are Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We do work from a schedule and recommend the same time and weekday for your cleaning to create consistency and convenience for us both. Most of our appointments are scheduled with an arrival time frame and not an exact time. We give our cleaning technicians an one hour window to arrive so we can cover most common occurrences that could affect our schedule such as but not limited to traffic, road work, weather, additional services on the cleanings and others.
Please pick up miscellaneous objects and keep the home as tidy and organized as possible so we can focus on the quality of your cleaning. Before we come to your home, please make us aware of any objects with sentimental value that are important for you like expensive objects, fragile objects, family objects and others. We will be happy to not touch those to guarantee that they’re preserved. Our cleaners are very careful and rarely break something, but accidents can happen and we want to make sure that all objects can be replaced. Also, please secure all unstable items like pictures, light fixtures and others to guarantee a safe environment for our cleaners.
It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. We’ll also need a house key if needed to access the job. We do charge a $50 lockout fee if we have a confirmed appointment and can’t get in.
We love them and we work around pets everyday! However if your pets has ANY special requirements, we recommend boarding them for the day of the cleaning. Also, our team of cleaners cannot touch or pick up pet feces, including emptying or moving litter-boxes. Thank you for understanding
Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another -- for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. As long as we have a 24 hour notice there will be no $50 cancellation charge. Please note that some last minute cancellations can be prevented if a customer provides us with access to their home using a garage door code, key, lockbox or other methods. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis based on emergency
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect you and your family.
Your assigned cleaner will be your default cleaner with the exception of illness, vacation, personal emergency or an ongoing schedule change. In the event that your default cleaner has an ongoing schedule change or no longer works here, s/he will be replaced with another trained cleaner who will have your home’s customized Work Order. You are welcome to audition multiple cleaners until you find your ideal match. All Queen Squad Proo employees are trained based on the same checklist and should be able to perform the same quality of work.
The best results will be achieved with minimum or no traffic of people and pets in the home. The areas must not be in use during the cleaning process, for example, our cleaning technicians will not clean a kitchen while someone cooks. Floors must be completely dry before being walked on to guarantee the best results. Pets can’t be around while vacuuming and mopping.
Our cleaning technicians are not allowed to lift objects heavier than 20lbs to protect their health longwise. Heavy furniture will not be moved during the cleaning and that should not interfere with the cleaning results as most of the visible areas are reachable to the vacuum and mops used by us. Our cleaning technicians are not allowed to climb more than a two step stool to minimize the risk of work related accidents. Higher objects will be cleaned with a three or six feet extended duster. Please feel free to provide a longer duster if your home has very high objects. It will be used and left at the home on each visit.
Queen Squad Pro reserves the right to take before and after pictures of your home. This protects you and Queen Squad Pro from any issues that may arise such as but not limited to damage, misplaced objects or improper cleaning. Rest assured our cleaners will NEVER take pictures of your personal identification information. As a client of Queen Squad Pro Cleaning Services, you have the right to review any pictures taken before these are submitted on our company website or another public domain
Payment is due at time of service. Paying with a credit/debit card, or electronic check through our invoice is secure (and preferred) and leaves an electronic accounting trail for your records. You can also pay by Venmo or Zelle. Send Zelle
Getting your feedback is an important ingredient to a successful house cleaning service relationship. Right after a cleaning we send you a link asking for your honest review. It helps us monitor the performance of your cleaning team and deliver the highest quality cleaning experience. So do not hesitate to tell us.
If you have any issues with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment and send us photos that prove your claim. We will honor our 100% satisfaction policy by sending our team back to clean missed areas or redo areas not cleaned according to our checklist within five business days. Please let our office know of a date and time that works for you within this period. After five business days of the original appointment, the home will no longer be eligible for the repair spot cleaning and full payment for the service will be expected. If the crew returns and fixes said areas, full payment will be expected right after. Complaints made after the 24 hour period will not be accepted and payment for the full service will be expected.
We value our employees and pour an enormous amount of time, energy and financial efforts into our screening, hiring and training process. We also implement multiple internal work policies to guarantee our employees performance and protect our reputation. This agreement protects Queen Squad Pro from unfair solicitation of direct work between customers and our employees. Both our customers and employees sign the present agreement to minimize the risk of unfair solicitation that might affect the experience all our clients have come to expect. Be aware that you will be charged a $5,000 finder’s fee if you hire a cleaning tech employed by Queen Squad Solutions LLC on an individual basis for direct work during their employment and up to 12 months after their termination. You recognize that you are hiring Queen Squad Pro and not ouremployees directly.
